By creating an account, accessing the developer dashboard, generating an API key, or using any FlameForge API, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the website, APIs, and related services.

To keep the service available and reliable for everyone, API usage is subject to rate limits.

Keep your API keys private. Do not publish secret API keys in client-side applications or public repositories.

Users and automated systems must not:

• Deliberately overload, disrupt, or attack the FlameForge service.
• Attempt to bypass API rate limits or other usage restrictions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
• Use automated methods to create or abuse accounts.
• Submit fraudulent, abusive, or spam reports or appeals.

FlameForge may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts or access that violate these Terms or negatively affect the service.

When an account is restricted, the reason will be provided where applicable. Affected users may submit a review through the Ban Lift Appeal Form.

Appeal decisions are final.

FlameForge is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

We aim to keep FlameForge reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that API data will always be complete, accurate, or immediately up to date.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FlameForge and its maintainers will not be liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the service, APIs, or provided data.

We may change, update, limit, or discontinue parts of FlameForge, including APIs and their functionality.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlameForge after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
